The HomeStreet Bank Clark County Parade of Homes is nearly four months away, but builders have already broken ground for the annual event. Quail Homes, Everest Homes and Cascade West Development are the builders that will be on display.
Taking place in Ridgefield, WA, Carty Road Estates will be the location of the 39th Parade of Homes, a showcase collection of innovative designs, beautiful landscapes and fully furnished homes. The Clark County Parade of homes opens Sept. 16 and will run through October 2, although the tour is not open on Mondays or Tuesdays.
The Clark County Parade of Homes always features the finest architecture and materials as well as the most recent heating and cooling systems. Top notch appliances are on display as well, making this a can’t miss event every year.
In addition to touring these customs homes, several other events will be taking place. The Color and Design Tour, September 29, offers a guided tour through the homes, where you will hear about the inspiration for the design of each home. Maybe you’ll pick up a design tip or design for use in your own home. Space is limited, so a reservation is required.
Another event, Family Day, takes place September 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring the kids to the Clark County Parade of Homes and take part in several family-friendly activities.
JB Homes is the developer for Carty Road Estates.
