We needed a change! After being in our residence for 15 years we went looking for a new home! Pat Jeffries has completely customized a house plan to fit our every need. We visited Pioneer Canyon in June 2010. We were downsizing from property in Ridgefield and had a lot of concerns about living in a neighborhood. We loved the fact that it had CCR’s protecting the community and all the parks and walking trails for us too. We had always built our own custom homes in the past so having someone else do it was going to be new to us. We met with Pat from JB Homes and had a lot of questions and concerns. Between Lilli at Keller Williams and Pat, they got right back with us about house plans and pricing etc. in a very reasonable amount of time. Pat told us he would be done mid September. We really didn’t think it was possible since the foundation didn’t get poured until the first week of July. Not only was Pat done when he said he was going to be, everything was so easy. We just came and walked thru it occasionally and picked out some colors etc. Pat is as honest as they come and has followed thru with everything we talked about. This was an amazing experience for us to be able to relax and enjoy watching the project come together. Thank you to Pat and Lilli from Keller Williams and Nikki from Met Life for putting it all together. Very happy in our new house and new neighborhood!

When deciding whether or not building was the right choice for us we had many people tell us building would be extremely stressful. Despite this, we decided to go for it and are extremely happy we did. Stress is a feeling we never had when working with Pat. From the start, our experience with JB Homes was wonderful. Pat included us in each step of the building process, meeting us out at the building site multiple times. He was very accommodating, letting us make changes along the way. Not only is our home beautiful, but we are very happy with the quality. He doesn’t skimp on any detail. We plan on living in our home forever, but if for some reason this doesn’t happen we would absolutely build with Pat again.
